DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

we're happy to give you nutritional coaching as we go along - chatting during our training sessions. We can also schedule a dedicated session if we decide together that deeper look nutrition, including meal planning, is in order.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We love to see our clients keep up the good habits outside of the gym. Below you'll find some of our favourite home equipment, books and Apps. But please don't hesitate to ask if you have specific interests. 

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

We're a small team of experienced trainers who've worked 1-on-1 with clients for 20 years, collectively. Together we have experience in pain management, back health, training for performance sports, martial arts, nutrition and long term weight loss/management. Our clients tend to work with us over the course of years - receiving ongoing support as their life needs change.
